Refund & Return Policy

At Sell Those Flipping Cars, we stand behind the grit and quality of the Wrench Army. If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your gear or tools, we’re here to make it right.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.

  • Unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Start a Return

  • If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

  • For defective or damaged goods, Sell Those Flipping Cars covers the return shipping costs.

  • We will evaluate the issue and make it right with a replacement or a full refund.

4. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. * Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

6. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
